Heart attack patients given aspirin at arrival

What are we measuring and why?

While aspirin is not appropriate for all patients, it can be helpful for many types of heart attack as it can reduce clotting and increase the chance of survival. Saint Mary's tracks the percentage of eligible patients who receive aspirin within a prescribed window of time following arrival.
